I bought these because I like Vasque products, and these looked good in the pictures. The last was supposed to fit my foot style best. I got them quickly, and they are durable, well-made shoes... perhaps slightly better than the running shoes I've bought from Vasque in recent years. They are notably sitffer than the running shoes, but they are a good trade between "shoes" and the soft-cushion of running shoes. They also look smart.

This is one of the best shoes I've ever owned. They are certainly the most comfortable shoes that I've ever owned. I have wide feet and have a heck of a time finding decent shoes in wide sizes. I bought this shoe among other reasons because it came in wide. This is the second pair of Vasques that I've owned. The first pair were some trail running shoes. I beat the crap out of those and they last me two years. Considering that this second pair is so nice, I'm pretty much hooked on this brand.
