I love them! they run a tiny bit big (i'm about a 7.5 or an 8, and i got a 7, and they work well) i also have narrow feet, and these worked fine for me. they are super soft on the inside, and the sole is not too hard. i'm used to just wearing socks around the house, and i found these very easy to walk in. and my feet don't get too hot in them, or sweat. my husband wants a similar pair for himself :)
